This regulated Level 2 Basic Life Support qualification will give learners the skills, knowledge and practical competence to administer first aid until professional medical help arrives. It is particularly suitable for healthcare professionals for the purpose of Continual Professional Development (CPD).

COURSE OVERVIEW
The Basic Life Support qualification equips learners with the essential skills and knowledge to respond effectively in emergency situations, providing vital life-saving assistance until professional help arrives. Training is delivered in line with Resuscitation Council (UK) Guidelines.
ASSESSMENTS and
CERTIFICATION
Learners are assessed continuously throughout the course by the Instructor through practical observation and oral questioning. A pass is only awarded if the Instructor is confident that the learner has consistently demonstrated the required understanding and practical competencies in each session.
Upon successful completion, the qualification is valid for three years from the date of achievement. To maintain certification, learners must complete the full course again after this period. Annual refresher training is strongly recommended to keep skills up to date.
PRICING INFORMATION
The course is priced at £35 per person, £325 for up to 12 delegates, or £600 for up to 24 delegates. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Weekend sessions are available on request at an additional cost.
