I completed Paediatric First Aid training with Polaris a few weeks ago. This type of training can sometimes be quite dull, especially when trainers simply read from the slides. However, the trainer I had was without a doubt the best I’ve experienced on this topic! She was fun, engaging, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment that encouraged participation without pressure. It was genuinely an excellent session!
