This 1-day face-to-face course provides health and social care staff with the essential knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Tier 2 of The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training provides more
detailed learning for those who may need to provide care and
support for autistic people or people with a learning disability.
COURSE
PRE-REQUISITES
To participate in Tier 2 training, learners must first complete online training, accessible for free through the e-learning course provided by Health Education England. This is a mandatory pre-course requirement.
